Appointments
Appointments can be made in advance by phone or in person. Please notify the receptionist if the appointment is urgent or if a longer appointment is required. Normally appointments are made at 15 minute intervals however it is necessary to take into account that unexpected emergencies may effect your waiting times.

If emergency attention is required patients should attend the Outpatient/Casualty area at the Kapunda or Eudunda Hospital for attention and assessment by hospital nursing staff who will contact the appropriate duty doctor. Please contact either the Kapunda Hospital on 08 8566 2007 or the Eudunda Hospital on 08 8581 1404. All patients seen at the hospital will be required to make a gap payment.

Accounts
Full pension and DVA cardholders will be bulk billed. Payment of the account in full at the time of service is expected. To facilitate this credit card facilities are available in addition to accepting cash or cheque (ID may be required). Where payment of account is made the practice will forward the completed claim to Medicare.
